At Redivra Beauty, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably. We’ve simplified our process to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free.
1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your package ships.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
All orders ship directly from our trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partner, zendrop. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their orders in:
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 15 business days
(This does not include the 1–3 business days required for order processing.)
3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.

A flat-rate shipping fee will apply to orders under $99 — the cost will be calculated at checkout.

At this time, express shipping options are not available.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking details may take 3–5 business days to appear after your package has been shipped.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s tracking portal or our website.
5. Shipping Limitations

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

We’ll always do our best to assist you if your package is delayed, but please note that Redivra Light is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date at team@redivra.com.

We’ll investigate the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If your package is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

Refusal at delivery

Unclaimed packages
You can choose to:

Reship the package — shipping fees will apply, or

Request a refund — we’ll process it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
For pre-order items or products temporarily out of stock:

You’ll receive an estimated shipping timeframe at checkout.

Your payment secures your order, and we’ll ship your item as soon as it becomes available.
