SkinRenew Micro-Infusion Stamp — Safety, Contraindications & Best Practices
Last updated: March 16 2026
What It Is
The SkinRenew Micro-Infusion Stamp is a non-invasive, over-the-counter cosmetic device designed for use on the face and neck. It uses 20 ultra-fine 0.25mm needles to create temporary micro-channels in the skin's surface while delivering your chosen serum directly into the skin.
Intended use: cosmetic skincare only. Not a medical device.
What It Does
Micro-Channel Infusion Creates 20 tiny, invisible pathways in the outer layer of skin, allowing active serum ingredients to absorb up to 300% more effectively than topical application alone.
Collagen Stimulation The gentle stamping action signals your skin to produce new collagen naturally — visibly improving firmness, texture, and fine lines over time.
Serum Delivery Your chosen serum is loaded directly into the glass vial and infused into the skin during treatment — not applied on top after.
Recommended use: Every 10-15 days per treatment area. Each session takes approximately 5 minutes.

Warnings
Needle safety: Always prep your stamp before use. Soak the needle head in 75% rubbing alcohol for 10 minutes, rinse with saline water, and allow to dry completely before stamping.
Single use heads: The stamp head is designed for single use. Do not share your device with others. Replace the head after each treatment session.
Serums: Only use water-based, skin-safe serums. Do not load the vial with retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin A derivatives, or any active that should not be introduced through micro-channels. When in doubt, use hyaluronic acid or a gentle hydrating serum.
Pressure: Use gentle, controlled pressure. Do not press hard. The needles do the work — not the force. Use especially light pressure around the eyes, lips, and neck.
Cosmetic only: Do not use to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Precautions & Best Practices
Patch test before your first full treatment: Cleanse a small area under the jawline. Stamp gently for 30 seconds. Wait 24 hours. If you experience excessive redness, prolonged irritation, or discomfort — discontinue use and consult a skincare professional.
Start slow: On your first treatment, do one light pass across the face only. Build to 2-3 passes as your skin adjusts over subsequent sessions.
Use on clean, dry, makeup-free skin only. Never stamp over skin with active makeup, SPF, or skincare products already applied.
Do not exceed recommended use. More is not better. Stamping too frequently will irritate your skin barrier rather than improve it. Every 10-15 days is the recommended interval.
Keep your device clean. Properly sterilize the needle head before every session and replace it regularly.
Possible Side Effects
Mild temporary redness and slight sensitivity immediately after stamping is completely normal and typically resolves within a few hours.
Stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if you experience:
- Persistent or worsening redness, burning, or pain beyond 24 hours
- Signs of infection (warmth, swelling, pus, or fever)
- Prolonged bruising or unusual skin changes
- Allergic reaction to any serum used during treatment
